Kit taylor accepted into the Judy Stakee Songwriting Retreat

I just recently received word that I've been accepted into the Judy Stakee Songwriting Retreat in New York running from May 14-18.

Ms. Stakee is the former VP of Warner/Chappell Music, one of the biggest music production companies in the world. At Warner, Ms. Stakee was responsible for the development of some of todays biggest stars, including artists like Katy Perry, Sheryl Crow, Jewel, Gavin DeGraw, and Michelle Branch.

She receives applicants from all over the world, over 1000 this year alone, and less than 20 are accepted, so it's quite an honor. Read more about the retreat here, and check out Judy's Wikipedia page.
